My story

Benneth A. Aloyon, MIT, also known professionally as Dean BAA, is a technology professional, digital entrepreneur, educator, and leader with more than 15 years of combined experience across technology and academe.
She is the Founder and CEO of BAA Digital, established in 2020, and serves as Dean of the College of Information Technology at Northeastern Mindanao Colleges (NEMCO), with work spanning curriculum and program development, mentoring, technology education, innovation, research, and industry collaboration.
Her entrepreneurial journey includes multiple eCommerce ventures that generated more than ₱4 million in online sales. She also develops technology projects, applies AI and software professionally, and shares these fields through consulting, training, and public speaking.
Benneth also serves as a Sergeant in the Philippine Air Force Reserve, having completed Basic Citizen Military Training in July 2023 under Class Maradjaw—another part of a leadership journey shaped by discipline, service, responsibility, and nation-building.
